XGard reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

3. Description of Service

XGard provides users with access to a collection of tools and resources for enhancing social media interactions. You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for XGard to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from XGard, such as service announcements and administrative messages.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify XGard immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. XGard will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

5. API Usage and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to obtain an API token. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API token and for any activities that occur under your API token. You agree to notify XGard immediately of any unauthorized use of your API token.

6. Payment and Refunds

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by following the instructions on the XGard website. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

8. Modifications to the Service and Prices

XGard reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the XGard website or the Service itself.

9. Copyright and Content Ownership

All content provided on the Service is for informational purposes only. XGard makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site or found by following any link on this site. XGard will not be liable for any errors or omissions in this information nor for the availability of this information. XGard will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages from the display or use of this information.
